Kathleen J. DuBois | President and Founder

The best way to describe Kathleen is “passionate fireball.” She founded Progressity in 2001 with an eye towards improving organizations  in her own backyard and has since expanded the firm’s vision and clientele to a global level.

Kathleen is a leading authority on organizational transformation for both commercial businesses and nonprofit institutions. She specializes in strategic planning, revenue enhancement, winning communication strategies and overall brand development. Kathleen’s leadership coaching has dramatic, lasting results and her entrepreneurial expertise nets clients and revenue.

Kathleen holds a graduate degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication and now serves as an adjunct faculty member for the West Virginia University Department of Communication Studies. She is a Certified LifeSuccess Consultant, a Certified Fund Raising Executive and has also graduated from two management leadership programs. Kathleen was featured by West Virginia Executive Magazine in 2005 as a “Young Gun.”
