Sonia not only knows how to drive the ball on a great golf course, she’s a master and driving things within a well run corporation.  She is working with Progressity as a Senior Consultant in the areas of operations, business development and executive coaching.  She has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the long term care industry, serving from everything to administrator at several nursing homes to the Executive Vice President for two major long term care companies.
